Once your account is created, our system will pre-authorize a pending charge for the price of your plan. We will process the payment for this pre-authorized charge when your order is dispatched to our warehouse. In the event that you make changes to your first delivery that result in a different price, we will cancel the pre-authorized charge, and process another payment that reflects the new total. It generally takes 3-5 business days for the modified pre-authorization to disappear from your bank statement, though it may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. If you haven't seen the funds back on your card after 10 business days, be sure to connect with your bank to get your refund status.
