Here at Splendid Spoon, we believe that every so often the body can benefit from a reset. We believe the definition of healthy includes enjoying birthday cake and champagne sometimes, but at a certain point we opt for more veggies.
How to enjoy your Reset day? Go for a full day of souping: Enjoy your light soups as breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks - in any order throughout the day, with plenty of water in between. Or, space them throughout the week for an extra plant-based meal or snack when you need it.
Avoid alcohol. Opt for a lighter workout. This is a day to be kind to yourself. If it feels difficult, see our guidance on snacking and discomfort.
