Due to the significant discount on the Starter, we are unable to provide refunds on any part of your order. This is noted when you purchased the plan. That being said, we do allow for menu customization week to week if you did not like the meals you received. You can swap out any meals that you do not like with other flavors. With 40+ flavors on our menus, choosing your meals is a breeze. 😉
