Our foolproof wellness plan is designed to kickstart healthy habits. Our meals are designed to help people like you who have a busy schedule: everything is ready-to-eat and packed full of nourishing fruits and veggies!
Our plan options are:
1-Month Reset - This plan is the culmination of over five years of diet and fasting research, customer feedback, hundreds of thousands of meals, and a whole lotta hard work. This is a foolproof wellness plan that will get your body fitter, stronger, and cleaner! Receive your box each week, for four weeks for a total of 45 meals.
- Week 1: Breakfast + Lunch + Cleanse
- Weeks 2-4: Breakfast + Lunch
Weekly - This plan takes the uncertainty out of your 9-5, wherever that might be and is delivered each week. Your first delivery will include our most popular mealtimes, Breakfast + Lunch, for a total of 10 meals.
After Week 1, you are able to select the below mealtimes on their own or any combination of the three:
- Breakfast (5 smoothies): help you start your day with nourishment and calm. They’re the right choice to satisfy hunger, boost nutritional intake, and kickstart metabolism. Our smoothies are a lower sugar breakfast, and are rich in protein and healthy fats.
- Lunch (5 bowls): take the stress and uncertainty out of “what’s for lunch today?” Delicious and satisfying, they decrease your overall caloric consumption and increase your nutritional intake.
- 1-Day Soup Cleanse (4 drinkables + 1 bowl): Hit that reset button every week. The Soup Cleanse is our version of the intermittent fast, proven to encourage weight loss, protect against disease, improve brain health, and remove waste material from cells.
