We like to encourage some freedom to experiment at dinnertime. Also, we know that many enjoy eating out or preparing a special meal with family and friends. Our tips? Add a big leafy green salad, give yourself at least 3 hours to digest before bed, and drink a big glass of water or herbal tea to stay hydrated!
